Update
Information Technology has identified missing functionality from Outlook online. The following issues have been reported to Microsoft:
Users can not:
1. create an automatic reply/out of office.
2. create or edit email signature.
3. manage shared calendars.
4. edit/manage inbox rules.
Microsoft is historically slow to respond to inquiry; this could be a long running issue. As a workaround users will need to use the Microsoft Outlook Client.
