Update - The ticket has been escalated with the service provider. Further testing is required to identify the problem on the service providers network. We are waiting for the call.

Investigating - Some calls from outside NYMC that are inbound to phone numbers 914-594-1000 through 914-594-4999 are not terminating to the called number. The problem has been identified as a problem with the vendor network. A ticket has been opened. A resolution time has not been provided, but more information will be provided as it becomes available.

Investigating - Dear Touro Community,

In order to address the ongoing issues with TouroOne Banner, our Ellucian Banner provider must take the TouroOne Banner system offline for four hours. Many TouroOne Banner services will be inaccessible from 6:00 pm Eastern/3:00 pm Pacific until 10 pm Eastern/7pm Pacific. Please try to complete any necessary and immediate transactions, including timesheets, prior to the outage window. No one will be penalized for filings or functions that are delayed or lost, such as timesheets or registration, during the outage. Notice will be provided once the outage has ended. Please input the information you are unable input during the outage later this evening or tomorrow morning prior to 11 AM.

This will not affect access to the TouroOne portal, Blackboard, Canvas, Touchnet or email.

The TouroOne help desk is experiencing extremely higher than normal call volume. All agents are working as quickly as possible to respond to each request and expect to reply to you within 24 hours or less. We appreciate your patience at this time and ask that you refrain from submitting multiples requests as duplicate tickets cause further delays.
