Tlephone issues at Touro University Worldide (TUW) and Touro College Los Angeles (TCLA) in California.
Resolved - Service has been restored, all errors cleared.

Investigating - The voicemail is out of service for both TCLA and TUW. I have opened a ticket with the Vendor ticket # 96979. I am also seeing errors on the PRI at TUW and the ticket # for that is 11949. They are investigating now I have given permission for intrusive testing at 11pm PDT.
