Incident Report for Touro
Resolved
Vendor confirmed there was an outage.
Vendor did not notify anyone because they did not know we where impacted until we brought this up to them.
We are running user traffic through primary. Touro internal traffic is passing through secondary as we have not determined the primary circuit to be reliable. We will keep monitoring over the weekend and if stable, move all traffic over to primary circuit.
