IT is currently investigating an issue affecting a small subset of students who may be unable to access certain Google Workspace Education Plus features.

Impacted users may experience limited access to Plus-specific capabilities, including Gemini features in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, Forms.

Our team is working with Google licensing administrators to identify the root cause and restore access to affected users. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
