Ellucian has identified the problem and applied a fix. At this time users are able to print. However, some users are reporting quality with the output. We have updated Ellucian with our findings and will keep everyone posted on the results.

We have received some information from Ellucian which we are reviewing. Ellucian continues to investigate this incident. We will update this notice as we receive more information.

Investigating
We are experiencing a sporadic outage relating to printing within our Banner 9 environment. We have contacted Ellucian support and have a priority ticket open. We will inform all as to the progress.
