Ellucian has potentially identified the problem and applied their fix. We are now asking users to re-test access and report any problems to the helpdesk. Thank You.

Ellucian continues to investigate. We continue getting reports that some users can access Banner production, however we are also getting reports that many cannot. We will update this page as we obtain more information.

We are experiencing a Banner Production system outage - We have Ellucian working on this as a priority one (P1) issue and will keep everyone informed.
