Update
Due to recent upgrade work on TouroOne over the weekend we are currently experiencing serious intermittent outages of administrative services in the TouroOne portal such as access to registration, time sheets and W-2 forms. Our services provider, Ellucian, needs to restart the services in order to resolve the problems. This will require an immediate outage starting at 12:30 pm Eastern/9:30 am Pacific for approximately 2 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience .

Note that access to Canvas, Blackboard and other external applications will not be affected.

We are experiencing an intermittent problem with our SSB Portal access in our Production instance. This problem may prevent users from accessing Time Sheet and other similar portlets. Our Vendor and service provider Ellucian has been notified and has been working with Touro IT since late day Monday 02/18/19. I will keep all informed as to when the functions are restored and operational.
