This incident has been resolved. Primary circuit was down due to service provider issue that could not be resolved quickly. Secondary circuit deployed to enable failover in the future.

At Level 4 escalation with the provider, the services did momentarily come back up and went down about 5 minutes later. we are still working both directions actively.

we have identified the issue to be caused by a fault in the carrier network, we are escalating with them to try and bring services back up. we are also looking at alternatives to restore services quickly as we have a tech on-site.
