Ellucian has provided a workaround that will need to be in place until March when they do a formal upgrade to the printing services. If there are any questions the Helpdesk can provide instructions.

The problem has been identified and a workaround provided from Ellucian which we will provide to the Helpdesk. We are monitoring the workaround and will provide additional details when we receive them from Ellucian.

We are continuing work with Ellucian Hosting and Action Line support services. Also having a Zoom Web meeting to view actual issues with their support. We will advise as to the results and actions to be taken.

We have had reports that some users are experiencing issues with printing screen prints or when printed they seem to be of a poor quality. We have put a ticket into Ellucian Support and will update all when we have more information.
